Remembering Heather Schwabl

A fundraiser will be held at The Buffalo Irish Center, June 2, 6-9 pm for Heather Schwabl, a MMA '91 graduate. She suffered for years with osteosarcoma, enduring countless treatments and surgeries. Heather's fight ended Oct. 4, 2009. She left an indelible impression on all who knew her and continues to inspire all. A scholarship will be created in Heather's name. This will help a young woman to receive a quality education at Mount Mercy Academy and to also create a permanent memorial at the school.
Tickets may be purchased for $25 at Mount Mecy. To support this fundraiser donations of goods, services, baskets for auction, food services or monetary contributions are welcomed.
